I'm finally home! Going away is lovely but getting home is always better, i am a complete home body, there is nowhere i love being more. The Holiday was fabulous, thank you for all the lovely comments and well wishes, so sweet of you. We had a great time, very relaxing, lots of lazing around, eating, drinking (of course) soaking up the atmosphere and the culture of another country and teaching L to swim. I will of course do a post about the the holiday with pics and get right back to some gorgeousness posts and some treats for you lovely readers, watch this space.........!
It was great to come home and realize that the shop does not stop the minute i leave for a week and things do carry on thanks to the lovely staff. having said that the post pile is waist high and my jewelry displays are of some much needed attention (i'm very particular about my jewelry displays) and dont even get me started on my house which by the way has a new lodger in the form of my little sister who has moved in since graduating from Uni with a 2:1 last week so please bear with me while my life gets back in order. It's great to catch up on your blogs i will start commenting again, promise. x

Welcome back! I feel exactly the same way about coming home after a trip. I love traveling but there's just no place like home!
Welcome home dear! I'm glad you had a nice, and much deserved vacation :). Isn't it funny how much work it is to actually take a vacation, both before you leave and when you return? I adore traveling, crave it constantly, but like you I am also a homebody. When I'm in town I love to nest - work in the garden, work out of my home, barbecue and enjoy some beers with the boy and the dogs in the back yard, etc. Have a great week girlie!
